"Don't worry," Xiao Ze replied, pinching her cheek gently. "I'll be back soon, and we'll have more time together."
"You'd better," Xun'er said with a teasing bite to his shoulder before giving him a dazzling smile.
Arrival at the Great Thousand Palace
A few days later, Xiao Ze traversed dozens of continents to reach a vast, shimmering ocean.
Drawing the Demon Slayer Token, he flicked it toward the void. The token's energy tore open a rift, revealing a massive palace floating within the endless void, its black surface exuding a sense of unparalleled majesty.
The palace resembled an ancient beast, resting silently amidst the void storms. Its surface bore three grand characters carved like dragons:
