"Even though he's healed and regenerated his right arm, the potion couldn't restore the left one. Instead, the vines are sprouting from the wound…" She tilted her head, eyes narrowing. "It seems like the potion recognized them as part of his own cells. The situation is… hopeless for him, at least for now."
Before her, Marco lay motionless, his chest faintly rising and falling.
"Doesn't matter!" Yumina shouted over the crashing sounds of battle. Her fiery hair flickered with prana light as her gauntlets burned through waves of corrupted roots. "As long as he's alive, just throw him in your pocket dimension and help me deal with these things!"
"Alright!" Tyla replied, sweeping her hand through the air. Marco's body shimmered in faint light and vanished instantly into the pearl's dimension.
