Upon returning to their room, both Xu Feng and Carmen plopped onto the bed with an exhausted look.
"I'm done attending such a film festival." Xu Feng complained.
"It's too tiring and boring."
"Agreed!" Carmen despised such social events. Not only was it mentally draining, but it was also a pain in the butt to deal with.

She had witnessed too many fake people in the past. She genuinely had no interest in interacting with a single one of them.
In her mind, having Xu Feng and the Vanguard Guild as her allies was enough already.
"Are you not going to shower?" Xu Feng tilted his head sideways and asked.
"I'm too tired." Carmen pouted and extended her hand to touch his chest. "How about you help me shower?"
