Thunder crackled like a distant hammer in the skies, black arcs striking the forest with violent bolts of lightning. Death spread with each second the Lich existed, his domain of death growing unnaturally with each death.
Asmodeus clenched his fists, pulling the divine and abyssal energy from his abdomen, spreading it through his limbs, to reinforce his muscles, bones and skin.
'This aura is dangerous.'
"Foolish, Mortal!"
The Lich swung its claws and clashed against the barrier. A single blow cracked the surface of the red dome like a rock shattering ice on a lake.
With low crackles, Asmodeus stepped closer, his axe shimmering with a dark, purple light. The devouring domain was much weaker than his time domain.
Asmodeus rushed forward with focused eyes.
The world moved half a pace slower than usual, allowing him to avoid the rusted weapons of the undead, ducking and shifting through the sloppy mud to evade their blows.
"Fall!"
