The items filled two armored military vehicles, flanked by four military jeeps for protection, as they were escorted from Imperial Capital Airport back to the Forbidden City.
The reason being, Huo Sining's private collection museum is still under construction, and the underground warehouse isn't complete yet. For now, these items can only be stored in the Forbidden City's warehouse.
Following the military vehicles was the car of Chief Lu, who was responsible for picking up Huo Sining and his party. The car also arrived at the Forbidden City, and all the boxes were moved into its warehouse.
This was also arranged by Huang Zhenlong during the day. To ensure that Huo Sining's artifacts had a proper place after returning to the country, Huang Zhenlong arranged for an overnight inventory and tidied up the warehouse, specifically allocating a room to store Huo Sining's repatriated antiques.
Once the items were stored, the old men couldn't wait to go inside and open the treasure chests.
