Wei Anning signaled to Night Shadow to get two more wine glasses. Cecilia poured half a glass for herself and half for Anning. She looked at Anning with a smile in her eyes and urged, "Quick, have a taste and see how it compares to your Peach Blossom Brew."
"Of course, a century-old Lafite is much more prestigious than my Peach Blossom Brew. Just smelling it is intoxicating." Wei Anning gently swirled the glass, observing its color.
She had no clue about wine; she was purely bluffing Cecilia at this point, hoping to glean something from her expression.
Cecilia's delicate and charming face carried a faint smile; she watched Anning without giving anything away, not even blinking while doing something harmful. Such a person was indeed terrifying.
Wei Anning set the glass down and noticed a hint of disappointment flash in Cecilia's eyes. She stood up, "I had two glasses of Peach Blossom Brew earlier; it's making me warm. I'll take off my jacket."
