The Great World exists by annexing numerous other worlds, which causes its size to continuously increase until it reaches a limit and collapses under its own weight. At that point, the entire Collective World will have a severe void.
This void will lead to the complete collapse of the entire Collective World.

They see annexing other worlds as akin to building a house; it doesn't matter if the bricks are different as long as it can be formed. After all, those bricks are not the products of slipshod construction.
