[3rd POV]
Appearing back in the core of Mars, Gwen stood in the center of what was the ritual core. It was this core that all the power would then flood to, and it was this core that was the most important aspect of the entire ritual. Without her being at this core, the ritual would not work and the power would just flood...nowhere.
Standing in the core of the world, where the ritual would soon activate, Gwen looked it all over one final time. She needed to make sure it was absolutely perfect. As one wrong part, one wrong fragment of the ritual, and the entire ritual would either not work, or do something completely different that would probably be a lot more damaging than that of the normal ritual.
'Hmm, seems everything is in order' Gwen thought, noting that everything about the ritual was correct. There wasn't a single problem on either her end, or her thousands of clones that were triple checking the ritual parts they were near.
Which meant it was finally time.
"Looks like I can finally begin" Gwen said with a small smile on her face, as she walked back into the middle of the ritual circle that the entire ritual connected to. She dropped into a meditative position with a small smile on her face. As she breathed in, and...
Began.
And the second she did, she shut her eyes. She could feel it all, the sensation of power and warmth traveling through her. A strong feeling that was overtaking her entire form, as she allowed it to overtake her, and she soon dropped into an almost comatose state.
All while the entire universe was glowing, ancient runic craft and powerful rituals all activated in tandem across every single part of the universe. Billions of smaller rituals are beginning to form on every single planet, every single star.
That was the true extent of the ritual.
It was multiplying over and over and over thousands of times over, more and more rituals forming at an increasingly rapid rate. To the point that it was multiplying by 2x, then 4x, then 8x, and so on so forth every single second.
By the time an entire minute passed, it was now multiplying by literal millions over and over. The point of this?
It was to place a ritual on every single atom of the universe. It was likely the most complicated ritual to ever be attempted in this omniverse, and was likely going to remain that way for a long long time.
There was a LOT of atoms in the universe though, which is why it took a lot of time for it to even get to the point that the ritual could truly begin. What Gwen was absorbing so far was just the beginning bursts of energy, which already felt amazing.
But after an hour of sitting there? The core of Mars was literally so saturated with power and energy that it was impossible to even see what was going on. Which is why Gwen had warded the place off from anyone interfering, so that she could do this without worry.
While the ritual was happening, Eternity and Infinity could feel it all happening. As if something was pulling on their power, beginning to absorb it faster and faster. And just as Gwen had told them, neither of them had fought it, allowing her to begin absorbing them from afar.
This way she didn't have to leave the ritual circle to do it in person, and could permanently fuse with the universe, as without this ritual the universe could be ripped from her, or at the very least, harmed by being connected to her in a not so permanent way.
While Gwen was absorbing the literal universe, the people of Malzif were just...going about their daily lives.
That was the best part of all of this, the only people that could actually feel what was happening were the higher entities like the Phoenix Force (therefore Jean), Galactus, Eternity, Infinity, The Watcher, and a handful of others.
This meant that nobody could even know that there was something to stop in the first place, giving Gwen the means to absorb the universe without anyone trying to invade Malzif while she was unconscious.
Which also meant that her girlfriends were currently just chilling in their apartment, playing video games and grumbling.
"Why do people have to be so sweaty at this game?" Artemis asked with an annoyed grumble as they were playing Black Ops.
"Because they have nothing better in their lives" Raven said bluntly, eyebrow twitching as some dude named "Noobmaster" was completely dominating them in the game.
She wondered inwardly if she could curse him through the monitor. But she doubted it.
She certainly would if she was able to though.
"I rarely say this about someone. But I hate this "Noobmaster"" M'gann said with an angry pout on her lips, struggling to even fight back.
"...I think I'm done" Jean said, placing her controller onto the desk, giving up even playing.
"Well at least once Gwen's back she can get revenge for us" Korra said, as a chorus of agreements echoed.
At the same time, the council was continuing their days as usual, as time continued to pass while Gwen was absorbing the universe itself.
And soon, 3 days had passed.

After three entire days of absorbing the literal universe, the core of Mars was no longer shrouded in power and light. As in the core sat a...figure. The figure looked like a walking universe, with mini galaxies and stars making up its feminine form. The power that radiated from it was immense, and it was only due to the beings self control that the entire universe wasn't quaking underneath it's power.
This "Being" was in fact, Gwen.
The Gwen born from the absorption and fusion with Infinity and Eternity. A new, and far better Gwen than before.
A Gwen that was now easily able to keep her people safe, for she was the universe itself, and no longer would the incursions be capable of harming it. And this form she was showing was both her, and not her. For she was the universe itself, but at the same time, she was this physical form.
It was...confusing.
Getting to her feet, the universe form of Gwen began to glow brighter as her eyes opened, revealing what was basically two mini stars glowing brilliantly, as her face warped into a grin, and her form began to shimmer, returning back to her earthly form.

Gwen's eyes widened slightly in surprise at the characters she had gotten, as their power flooded into her. At the same time, she could tell that her cultivation levels have also jumped quite a lot since the ritual began.

Gwen felt her cultivation was at a new level of power at this point, likely because of her being a walking talking universe at this point. Either way, Gwen was pleased as she felt the new power flowing through her.
The power of the Anti-Monitor and World Forger were also great boons for her, and would give her the means to deal real damage to God Emperor Doom, with Anti Matter being one of the most destructive forces in all of existence.
With her new characters absorbed, Eternity and Infinity now being one with her, and her cultivation stabilized, Gwen teleported off, ready to return home after being unconscious for days. And as she teleported off, Gwen had only one thought on her mind.
'...Time to prepare for Battleworld!'
