However, what they didn't know was that the Foreign Demons on the other side were even more panicked.
"What should we do? They're forcing us to go to our deaths!"
"They oppress us like this, and we're still expected to serve them? It's intolerable!"
"Then what else can we do? Defect to the Human Race?"
The Foreign Demons were rattled, looking around helplessly on the battlefield. They were surrounded by either the Human Race or the Pureblood Demon Race.
One side was a natural adversary, but there was no substantial hatred between them. The other, seemingly of the same race, was in fact the very existence that bullied them and made their lives an endless torment.
This was especially true for the Foreign Demons on the battlefield. When they saw the same Pureblood masters who had once oppressed them now being beaten down by the scions of the Human Race, they felt an inexplicable sense of satisfaction.
"What are you standing there dazed for? Get over here and help!"
