"The sea floor is starting to freeze? And not just a small area, but the whole sea is beginning to freeze?"
"Yes."
Picking up the map marked by Miss Saltfish and comparing it with the freshly inked areas, Leon quickly supplemented:
"Primarily centered around the Central Sea separating the two continents, near the East and West Kalendar Kingdom, Kingdom of Morna, Refractive Kingdom, Witch Kingdom, a total of seventeen large ocean areas are exhibiting varying degrees of freezing phenomenon at their bottoms.
However, according to the Sea Race, the freezing in these areas is not entirely from bottom to top, but from 'far' to 'near' as the two continents serve as the reference line for freezing."

"It means the areas closer to land have lighter freezing, while the further away from land, the more severe the freezing at the bottom sea."
