The first thing Bai Xiaosheng did after securing absolute control of Shengsheng International was announce the return of Zhengdong Province. To be honest, no one was surprised by this.
Technically, Bai Xiaosheng wasn't breaking any rules since he didn't reappoint Zhengdong Province as the executive director but instead gave him a new role as senior consultant and vice-chairman.
Bai Xiaosheng stated that in his absence, Zhengdong Province would handle everything.
Anyone could see that this was just a formal statement.
Would Bai Xiaosheng, the grand executive president of Zhenbei Group's Greater China Region, have time to work at Shengsheng International? Staying here for a couple of days seems unrealistic; he's probably just showing his face today and might not be seen again for another year.
Zhengdong Province remains the de facto head of Shengsheng International, a director without the title of executive director.
Yet, no one opposed this decision.
