And he decided he won't leave until he succeeds in winning him back." Liang Zhiqiong spoke in an odd tone, filled with obvious disdain, scorn, restrained anger, and irritation. After a brief pause, she let out an exaggerated fake laugh, "I mean, it's just a relationship, does he have to torment himself like this? Winning back someone… Goddammit!"
By the end, Liang Zhiqiong couldn't help but curse.
Her voice carried a mix of rage, confusion, and calmness, but buried beneath all the emotions was helplessness and sorrow.
She spoke of Peng Yuqiu in a tone that seemed carefree, almost joyful.
Mo Shangjun found it hard to imagine what Liang Zhiqiong was feeling at that moment.
"Yeah, I just saw him," Mo Shangjun picked up Liang Zhiqiong's words.
