Without using a few minutes to recharge, Mo Shangjun quickly took out a set of casual clothes to change into, then grabbed her automatically powered-off phone and headed out the door.
As soon as she got downstairs, Mo Shangjun saw Ya Tianxing standing there waiting for her.
Compared to yesterday's attire, the style of his clothes had only slightly changed—a casual outfit. Yet, even standing amidst soldiers in uniform, he still stood out.
However, Ya Tianxing's expression... didn't look very good.
Calmly, Mo Shangjun walked over, then grabbed her phone and waved it in front of Ya Tianxing, very straightforwardly explaining: "My phone ran out of battery."
Ya Tianxing gave her a dark look and added, "Just ran out of battery, didn't it?"
"I was busy."
Mo Shangjun offered a half-hearted explanation.
The excuse was completely unconvincing.
This had always been her schedule before, but typically she never skipped morning and evening greetings.
