Once everyone had departed, An Yiqing went to the desk and took a seat.
"How many people still need to be examined?" she asked softly as she flipped through the mountain of documents on the table.
"Based on General Gu's clues, there should be more than forty people to check. Miss An, what do you think..."

Although the assistant did not understand what An Yiqing intended to do, orders from above dictated that An Yiqing's words must be followed unconditionally.
