A few days after sending her daughter to school, the reward for Luo Qiao's last assistance in handling a case also arrived. Besides the bonus, medal, and certificate, she was also promoted at the hospital to Vice President Luo, in charge of performance, finance, and personnel.
The hospital originally wanted her to handle both sides, including the department, but Luo Qiao declined. Running back and forth between the school and hospital over the past few years was indeed quite tiring, and holding onto positions wasn't great either, as opportunities should be given to other colleagues for development.
However, the higher-ups did say that in case of a tricky surgery, she would still have to step in. Luo Qiao agreed with a smile and also suggested scheduling one surgery every week since not performing surgeries for a long time might make her skills rusty.
Luo Qiao made this choice with consideration, as she wants to dedicate more time to teaching and the lab in the future.
