Gu Mingyue returned to the dormitory and lay on the bed motionless.
Many thoughts popped up in her mind, many, but she didn't know whether she should proceed.
Tossing and turning.
Gu Mingyue forced herself to sleep, to sleep early.
Most of her roommates didn't get along well with Gu Mingyue, and when they saw her return, they didn't take the initiative to speak to her, instead, they whispered some snide remarks, but Gu Mingyue pretended not to hear.
At night, Gu Mingyue felt a bit cold.
She wrapped herself in the quilt tightly, yet still felt cold.
Everything around was very quiet, and outside the window was the indifferent darkness.
Gu Mingyue groped for a thick coat to lay over her quilt, but her shivering body continued to tremble.
Suddenly, she thought of that warm big bed. The bedding on the big bed was really comfortable, much softer than the quilt she had at school.
Indeed, one cannot fall into decay easily, once fallen, it's easy to sink deeply.
The next morning.
