Zhou Xiangqun suddenly put down his bowl and chopsticks and pointed out the window. "Look, he was eavesdropping."
"Who?" Shen Jing turned around and saw Zhou Luchen, freezing abruptly.
Then she lowered her head and poked at her noodles, wondering why this person moved so quietly that she couldn't even say a single bad thing about him without being heard.
Zhou Luchen's gaze swept coolly over Zhou Xiangqun, and he let out an indifferent snort. "An elder, yet so undignified."
Zhou Xiangqun heard it but pretended not to, a smile playing on his lips instead of anger.
Zhou Luchen had no inclination to linger. He opened his umbrella and spoke to Shen Jing, "Noodles aren't nutritious. Someone will bring you breakfast soon."
She always just gave a soft "oh" in response.
Watching Zhou Luchen leave, Zhou Xiangqun also lost his appetite for the noodles and, following suit, left with his umbrella.
Shen Jing looked out the window, figuring they must have some matters to discuss.
