"Oh shit, I forgot," Kiyomi laughed before adding, "or did I?" as she glared at Mika even harder. However, she released her prey, just enough to let her form words that would determine whether she would die or forever remain paralyzed in Kiyomi's hold.
"I don't answer to a rogue," Mika bellowed.
Kiyomi laughed amusedly.
She had expected this kind of defiance.
She had studied Mika enough to know that people like her were bound to stay proud regardless of what situation they were in.
It was interesting and boring at the same time.
But Kiyomi was not going to stop.
She had come to this end of the table with a mission, and she was not going to stop until she was done. It did not matter that the dinner was reduced to games or even that most people had lost their appetites.
