As he drew closer to the forging room where Hao Ren was swinging his hammer with complete focus, the man stopped, because in his eyes the ripples originating from this forging room were seeping out in the council building, and just when the old man thought about casting a barrier to isolate these ripples, he saw a scene that caused his eyes to open wide.
