After analyzing the massive improvement to his stats and calming the thrill pounding in his heart, Sylar shifted his focus toward the Vault—and immediately noticed the two new additions. His eyes grew cold as they lingered on the name Pierce. To Sylar, there was nothing lower than the servants of Paradise. People who butchered women and children in zealous rituals were worse than scum.
Of course, that didn't mean Sylar would simply discard the True Apostle because he despised him. After all, you don't throw away a gun just because it once belonged to your enemy. In fact, killing that garbage with their own people was sort of poetic.
The presence of the Luminarch Commander, however, genuinely surprised him when he first saw it. Sylar had defeated the Living Machine before his Nemesis System evolved, and the Vault gained the capacity to hold Grade 2 life forms, so it did not appear right after the kill like the others. Yet there it was now, quiet, dormant, perfectly archived.
