BC Manufacturing is a family business founded over a hundred years ago.
The previous BC Chairman had three sons. The eldest was the most competent, the second was somewhat mediocre, and the youngest was narrow-minded and vindictive.
The Chairman initially wanted to pass the position to his most capable eldest son. But unforeseeable events occurred; his eldest and second sons unfortunately died in a car accident over a decade ago.
Helplessly, he could only let the least favored youngest son take the position.
And this youngest son lived up to his reputation for being narrow-minded and vindictive; not long after taking the position, he formed cliques that completely sidelined his father and then sent him to a nursing home 'to enjoy his twilight years'.
Since then, BC Manufacturing began to decline. An old-established military enterprise that stood for more than a hundred years, its reputation and status are now in jeopardy.
