In the blink of an eye, Zhang Bin's Flying Saucer caught up with a group of Assassins fleeing on their Flying Swords.
The leaders were two other Nascent Soul Period Assassins, who were also the two War Gods. As for the Sixth Fairy, she was not among them, likely having escaped with the Holy Mother of Black Bell. The rest were all Golden Core Realm Assassins, numbering more than a dozen.
Clearly, they had received a secret technique from the Holy Mother of Black Bell instructing them to escape. The Holy Mother herself might have reached the surface passage even before Zhang Bin's group, using it to enter the ocean and disappear without a trace.
These assassins were essentially sacrificing their pawns to save the queen.
