"What is this, a magical artifact? A spell, or a divine skill?"
Delarosa's gaze was solemn: "A consumable space magical artifact. Although I've never seen it before, I've heard of it. Such a space artifact has power comparable to an Innate Spiritual Treasure, or even stronger."
Carson Flores asked in shock, "Is this magical artifact man-made?"
Delarosa nodded: "Yes, but it's not as simple as you think. To refine such an artifact, it's not as straightforward as having a Spirit Stone. You need at least a Superior Spiritual Treasure as the core, a Grandmaster Level Artifact Refiner who can master Space Divine Power, and a vast amount of resources to create this one-time use consumable."
