Minato spoke of his own perceptions.
"Moreover, the talisman paper dolls and puppets you create utilize this very principle, correct?"
"Exactly right." Kaito confirmed.
"The Impure World Reincarnation invented by the Second Hokage is also based on this principle. Furthermore, within the vessels I create, the production of chakra and the system of senjutsu are separate."
"I think I understand the premise you've outlined."
Minato turned his gaze back to the scene where Gengetsu continued to pursue Mū with spirit art attacks.
During this, Mū had attempted several times to reverse his disadvantage using his deadly Dust Release technique, but Gengetsu forcefully blocked them with spiritual power, causing Mū to gradually fall further behind.
Minato said: "But the reason the Second Mizukage can use spiritual power still hasn't been explained?"
"As you know, the sensations experienced by a soul are completely different from those experienced when possessing a physical body.
In fact, for a soul, especially within Hell, spiritual power is a force that is more powerful, more readily adaptable, and almost instinctual compared to chakra."

At this moment, Kaito also widened his eyes.

Kaito raised an eyebrow, watching as Mū, wielding a long sword composed of spiritual power, closed in on Hōzuki Gengetsu, abruptly seizing victory in this contest.
Simultaneously, Kaito understood.
His earlier speculation might have deviated somewhat from the actual situation.
If it were just one person, it might be plausible, but for two individuals to simultaneously possess spiritual power… No matter how he thought about it, it seemed unlikely they had developed it entirely on their own.
Therefore, he closed his eyes and established a connection with Enma Daio, the King of Hell, who was far away in the Netherworld.
"This King knew you would contact me."
Enma Daio's voice held a note of satisfaction.
"Since they are to become This King's subordinates, all of them must gradually abandon the power of chakra and use spiritual power, which is more compatible with the Yellow Spring Hell. As for how it was accomplished, you should be able to figure it out, Kaito!"
A flash of insight struck Kaito's mind. He immediately understood what had transpired. He then severed the communication link with Enma Daio and opened his eyes.

Coupled with Enma Daio's policies, it was a normal phenomenon for everyone to flock eagerly towards mastering spiritual power.
