One had to note that the Core Formation Lords rarely relied on guilds to do their bidding.
Many of them preferred to remain in seclusion and cultivate quietly. Others hunted Spirit resources privately without making public requests.
Not to mention, the Lords had their own major sects and other smaller organizations to rely on. It was only when their own organizations were overwhelmed with tasks would the Lords look for alternate options in the forms of guilds.
Most importantly, there were not many Lords in the past to begin with. Also, the Lords belonging to righteous and demonic factions never really approached the other side for such missions.
Because of this, missions related to 3rd Order demon beasts were naturally limited. But at this point, the situation was different.
