Deep beneath Emerald Cove Palace, hidden far from noise and eyes, lay a vast stone cave.
The space was even more enormous than it was at the time when he was just an Expert. Its walls were smooth and dark, shaped long ago by careful hands and Spirit arts. At the heart of the cave stood a towering Third Order Demon Tree.
Its thick roots dug deep into the stone floor, while its wide branches stretched outward like silent guards. Faint green light pulsed through its bark, giving the cave a steady, living presence.
Above, the ceiling opened into a wide circular hole. Through it, moonlight poured down in a pale stream. Countless stars shone faintly through the opening, their light mixing with the moon's glow and spreading across the cave like silver mist.
An array formation covered the ground beneath the opening.
