Tan Yanli walked up to Lin Runjie's dining table and asked with a smile, "May I sit down?"
"Of course!"
Lin Runjie looked up at her and smiled, "I reserved this seat especially for you!"
Tan Yanli sat down with her tray and began eating lunch with a small spoon.
He carefully observed the food on her tray, silently noting which dishes she liked.
"Hey, why aren't you eating?"
She unintentionally glanced up and saw Lin Runjie staring at her tray, and asked in confusion, "Mr. Lin, what are you looking at?"
"Oh, nothing much, enjoy your meal!"
Lin Runjie leisurely ate his lunch, turned to see Larn Zhihui and Wen Xiaojie chatting while eating, and asked, "By the way, how's Wen Xiaojie doing with Qin on the handover?"
"They've completed it!"
Tan Yanli smiled at the direction of Wen Xiaojie and said, "Thankfully Xiaojie was there earlier to fend off Manager Larn for me! Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to sit with you for lunch."
