Torrens shield melted away in the dragon fire but they both came away with no damage.

As soon as the fire breath ended, [Trail Blazerl] activated, steam rising from his steps.
He ran straight for Kaya.
The long range attacker panicked as she had just stopped using her last skill.
She hurriedly threw an [Air Slice] his way as an attempt to gain a second to defend herself.
Unfortunately for her, it didn't work.
Rudra dodged the slicing wind, slid across the dirt, grabbed a broken plank mid-movement and flung it after lighting it on fire.
In her panic, Kaya didn't manage to dodge and Rudra's attack landed true.
