Shen Qi's pupils slightly widened, the feeling of unease growing stronger.
He quickly dialed Ah Zi's number back, but after the call connected, it was promptly hung up.
His face changed dramatically, and he quickly called the bodyguard who was with Ah Zi.
"Where is Miss Ye now?"
"Replying to Shen Shao, Miss Ye's mother has arrived. She's currently chatting with her mother in the hotel room. Does Shen Shao need to speak with Miss Ye?"
"Go in right away and check if Miss Ye is there!" Shen Qi almost shouted.
He hoped things weren't as he feared.
He hoped Ah Zi had just unintentionally sent a blank message by accident.
But when the panicked voice of the bodyguard came through, Shen Qi realized everything had really happened.
