Unlike the previously encountered giant eagles, these three giant squirrels that squeezed out of the floor-to-ceiling windows now seemed to have an especially intense desire to attack, immediately letting out a roar as they approached.
The roar, as loud as a ghost's howl, was so powerful it made everyone's ears buzz.
The yellow-furred squirrel in the middle was especially noteworthy; its face was a mask of ferocity. It looked at everyone as if they owed it money and it was eager to collect violently.
It even appeared restless, as if it wanted to lunge into the crowd and devour people one by one—a truly gruesome creature.
Faced with such ferocious giant squirrels, many in the crowd with lower Creature Levels shook with fear, afraid of being struck.
