The Insect External Incarnation's Cultivation Level was far inferior to his true self's, only at Nascent Soul Late Stage Perfection. Jia Ren himself hadn't found a suitable opportunity within the Lingbao Sect and had thus been delayed in advancing to the Divinity Transformation Stage. However, impersonating his true self for a short period was not an issue.
No one noticed the change in Jia Ren, and Zhuo Chengdao was unaware that Jia Ren had been replaced by an incarnation.
