Chapter 32 - Pact in the Shadows

 031#

While Andy and the other slaves from the first level walked toward the sound of the supply bell, he was surprised by the sheer number of prisoners gathered. The desolate, frozen ground he'd felt upon arrival had given way to a crowded common area packed with starving men. At the far end, near the main entrance, the heavy door opened and the maids entered with the food, using the same door everyone passed through to distribute it. Three carriages loaded with assorted fruit—mostly bright red apples—lined up. In front of each carriage stood a maid.

Suddenly, a woman entered with faded blonde hair tied in a tight bun and expressionless green eyes. She wore the guard uniform: a shining iron breastplate that barely contained her enormous, fat breasts—massive, heavy orbs that jiggled and strained against the metal with every movement—and a short black skirt that hugged her thick, turgid thighs and revealed her huge, gelatinous ass swaying like jelly. It was Kasmira, the undisputed boss of the isolation zone.

She shouted with authoritative command, not anger: "Line up, scum! Two carriages for the weekly fruit. The third is exclusive! Move or go hungry!"

Luxter leaned in through the crowd and whispered to Andy: "Kasmira only feeds us once a week. That's why everyone here looks like zombies—skinny, malnourished, bones showing through."

Andy immediately understood why the prisoners were so gaunt and weak. Luxter added: "Get in line. No time to waste."

Andy obeyed and joined the queue. As he advanced, he looked at the maid handing out apples. Suddenly something clicked: that blank stare, that dark blue hair, those green eyes, those gigantic breasts bulging under her uniform. Yes—he remembered now. It was Robin. The coincidence was perfect. He needed to talk to her, and here she was.

Andy leaned toward Luxter and whispered: "She's the maid I have the deal with."

Luxter nodded.

"What's your plan to speak with her?"

Andy replied: "I need you to create a distraction."

As he said it, something caught his eye. Fruit was being handed out from two carriages, but the third one—Kasmira personally delivered it to three strong, armed men waiting at the back. Andy asked Luxter: "What's with that?"

Luxter answered bitterly: "That fruit's for Ilugin. Doesn't it seem strange to you that all these prisoners are so calm, no uproar, even after a week without eating? The fear and tyranny Ilugin has instilled keeps order. That's why Kasmira rewards him with extras."

Andy sighed.

"It's going to be very hard to take him out."

Luxter nodded.

"We need the poison. You have to talk to that maid."

Suddenly, a man who had already received his ration passed by Luxter without a word. Luxter discreetly tripped him. The man stumbled and fell, crushing his fruit against the frozen ground. Furious, he looked up and pointed at a guy in front of him. Luxter shouted: "It was him!"

The angry man lunged at the accused, yelling: "Now you give me your food!"

The other replied: "What the hell are you talking about?"

In seconds, they were trading punches. The chaos spread like wildfire: fists flew, more prisoners joined, creating a chain reaction of brawls, shouts, and violence. Kasmira shouted: "Calm down, scum!"

But no one listened. Some tried to attack her, but she dodged effortlessly and dropped them with precise strikes, barely drawing her sword. The other maids neutralized aggressors with quick, light blows—no magic needed.

In the middle of the tumult, a hand swiftly covered Robin's mouth to silence her. She looked back, saw Andy, and stopped struggling.

"Uh!" she exclaimed, eyes wide with total astonishment.

Andy dragged her quickly to a quieter corner away from the chaos and pinned her against the icy wall. He removed his hand from her mouth. With an angry face, Robin demanded: "What the hell are you doing, you crazy bastard?"

Andy smiled maliciously.

"Crazy? I'm not the one who raped someone helpless while they slept, am I, Robin?"

Robin froze, shocked, memories of her past mistakes flooding back. She couldn't respond. Andy, with a challenging look, pulled her into an isolated cell away from the uproar, leaving her stunned and worried about the consequences of her earlier actions.
