BOOOOOOMMMMMM!!!!
A large explosion engulfed Reginald at point blank range. He couldn't do a barrier due to how close it was, at most he used his remaining mana to from a layer on top of his skin. But that didn't last long, the shockwave broke through the mana layer, the heat burned the skin.
Harry's body was incinerated, there was nothing left but ash and Reginald was screaming his lungs out for a full minute before the fire ended.
Inside the shot barrier Marcus and the Pack were watching with shocked expressions.
"My God" "Holy shit the boss died" "He blew up" "He is with Jesus" "Or in Hell"
Marcus flinched and gabbed his head "Would you stop that you fuckers"
The wolves snickered, everybody was shocked at first, but then they remembered who they are working for. Their boss probably has a spare body lying around somewhere or he would just come back as a ghost.
"But still, that maniac really blew himself up" Michael withheld a shiver. Fighting an insane magician like Harry gives him the shivers, he would rather die fighting a High Class than fight Harry.

Regulus regained consciousness and the only thing he felt was pain. But the strange part was his torso and face didn't hurt as much as he through, only some parts of it were excruciatingly painful.
'Fuck, third degree burns!' Reginald realized it right away. Then the fire burns the skin so much that the nerves end up being destroyed, a third degree burn doesn't hurt, but the area around the burn hurts like hell. 'This is going to take a while to heal and its going to cost a lot. Man the boss is going to kill me. But this way the brat is dead. Maybe we can take over the factories now that his magical signature is gone'
Tap. Tap. Tap
Reginald heard footsteps and immediately assumed that the devil from the store had come to finish him off. He raised his body to get in a defensive position to protect himself. But when he saw who it was he froze in place.
"Impossible" Reginald whispered in horror, a few dozen meters away from him Harry was casually walking towards him. There was not a single injury on his body. He was even wearing the same cloths that where torn and burned earlier.
"You aren't looking so good." Harry said in a cold voice, he was completely and utterly pissed "Your death will not be quick or painless, I admit while I was serious, I played around testing different things, but that little stunt I pulled earlier took a lot more than I expected"
' I didn't anticipate this. Was I not quick enough in the transfer of energies? Or is this the cost when a clone dies? 4% of my total mana, 7% of my physical ability and 3% of my soul.'
Harry glared at the burnt and defeated man who was laying on the ground 'I can regain all of that, but on the other hand that would have been a boost in the future. But I really don't have the right to complain. I can cheat death, and the cost is about 4% of my total strength, that isn't even permanent. Guess I was a bit arrogant thinking I could let the clones just die, If I haven't transferred all the energy from the clone the loss would have been even bigger.
They aren't Shadow Clones or a grown clone from DNA. Every Harry is real and is a part of the whole. Even though there was no mana inside that body and I pulled out the soul before the explosion, they were still damaged. Perhaps feedback through the link? The body was still there. In any case this needs to be researched and possible countermeasures need to put in place'
"H-How are you still alive!" Reginald roared out fighting through the excruciating pain he was feeling.
Harry said nothing and just shot out a low power binding spell.
Reginald cursed he didn't have the energy to run away. 'Damn it all! Looks like I'm going to have to use it and against a brat like this too!' He quickly pulled something out of his pocket. it was a green orb just a bit bigger than a tennis ball. He uses his last treasure a true lifesaving method. a rare artifact he found in a tomb in some ruins in Wales. It creates a barrier that can tank a few hits from a peak High Class.
"Hahahahah. It's over now brat! A few more minutes and the whole family will be here to hunt you down" Reginald called for reinforcement as soon as the barrier was up. He could no longer move, his pride can go screw itself. You need to be alive to be prideful in the first place.
Harry let out a cold chuckle "Reinforcements? Sorry pal, nobody is coming to save you. I warded this entire area while we were fighting, but still you were hiding such a big trump card. You must think you have won since I don't have much mana left. But lucky for me I was also hiding a few Aces in my sleeve"
'Mirror Alice- Subspecies'
The big mirror split into three smaller ones. And they each positioned themselves in a triangle formation with the mirror pointing inwards towards the center.
"This technique is quite risky to use in battle, lucky for me you are a sitting duck"
Harry pointes his hands to one of the mirrors. He summons a small wind on one hand and lightning on the other. They each looked harmless. It was a spell that was taught to complete beginners just so they can actually create the element.
Then a magic circle appeared on top of his hands, below the two elements. The wind and lightning started to twist, Harry was forcefully pushing them against each other and causing them to spin.
After a while the two elements continued to twist and spin creating a small drill that kept going faster and faster.
"Go" Harry flicked his hand, the wind-lighting drill shot out into one of the mirrors, then it shot to the one on the left, then again on the left, then once again back at the first mirror. The first cycle was completed, the power of the drill increased by 30%. The second cycle was finished a bit faster, and the third faster than the second. In three cycles the power of the drill almost doubled in power.
Harry just watched, if he had more mana left he could have used it to increase the speed of the cycle. But he was running on empty. The only thing that was getting used was his stamina each time a cycle was completed. And he had plenty of potions to help with that.
After charging for five entire minutes and practically drowning in potions that increased stamina, boosted stamina and even tapped into his training potion stock, nutrients, calories and protein all in one potion for maximum gains. All of that just to charge up this attack.
'Its done. Barely ultimate level Wind-Lightning Drill. Fuck I feel like I'm about to pass out' Harry was pale and he could barely stand with how tired he was. Using this method was a serious drain on the stamina, but stamina was all that he had left at the moment.
The main reason it took so long is because Harry was out of mana and he started with what was basically a fire ember. If he had started from a strong Mid-Class spell it would have taken a lot less time.
Reginald watched the whole process and now prayed in his heart that his barrier would block the next attack. Even if his distress signal was blocked. if they didn't return in a few hours the family would notice something was wrong and would send someone to check out the situation. He could only hope he would hold out until then.
WHOOOOOSSSHHHH
The drill launched at the barrier on the moment of impact there was a sharp metallic ring, as if a spear hit a shield.
The the noise came, sharp high pitched lightning grinding away at the barrier, the barrier that could withstand several hits from a Peak High Class, was pierced through in a matter of seconds. It continued on, going through Reginald's stomach and into the ground as it continued its course.
The barrier shattered and disappeared
"Release it!" Harry called out.
Marcus from above took a briefcase and flipped it over. Five ginormous pillars came out of the briefcase and dropped on Reginald, instantly knocking him out and sealing his magic.
"Bakudo #75: Gochu Tekkan" Harry muttered as his enemy was immobilized, the pillars had runes inscribed on them. Harry recreated the spell in a way that the pillars are conjured with runes on them for the sealing effect. Of course he is going to give it to his people. Living enemies are so much more useful for research.
"Now lets see what secrets you are hiding" Harry let out an evil grin as he looked at the unconscious man on the ground.
They cleaned up the battlefield taking all the corpses and anything they could find. Two hours later, scouts from Gato's family arrived only to see an empty store and a destroyed wasteland around it. The earth was turned over with large craters scattered around. Fire was still burning in some places and in others just ash remained. Some strangely colored liquids were also scattered. But one thing was for sure, Their team hasn't returned contact in hours, meaning the mission has failed and judging by the terrain, is possible that not a single person from their Family had survived.
~ Potter Manor
Inside the living room an exhausted Harry was laying on the bed while a clone set up potion IV drips.
Hope and Melinda were standing over him, each with a foot impatiently tapping at the ground.
"Hope, Melinda even if you glare at me like that I won't burst into flames. I already tried and failed, so I'm researching that method."
That pissed off the ladies even more. Hope wanted to smack Harry "What were you thinking going up against a High Class?"
Sirius was on the side watching the show, after being forced to study by Harry he could finally see the kid lose. Otherwise he wouldn't even be here. Sirius used every free moment away from studying that he had to go and chase after women.
"Something along the lines of 'DIe Madafaka! Die!'" Harry chuckled but the ladies were not amused so he stopped and sighed "Frankly I didn't want to fight him. It was incredibly dangerous and a tough fight. But my men were out there and if I didn't put up a fight, they would just go to other stores and keep harassing me. That would lower my reputation."
"But you died" Melinda pointed out "That can't be without consequences"
Hope got a bit teared up when Harry told them about the fight.
"Hmmm. It is and isn't" Harry answered Melinda "I do lose something permanently. But with a bit of effort i can get it back. Another way to put it is I'm cutting off a limb to save my life. I can regenerate that limb with time and effort. But it doesn't change the fact that it was cut off."
"Was it worth it" Helena looked up from her book. The books in this manor were fascinating, she has been reading books 24/7. And sometimes watching as Harry preforms his experiments.
Harry let out a grin "Oh yeah. A High Class test subject. There is a lot I can learn from his body. And after I have extracted all of his knowledge and finished testing, I'll rip out his soul to strengthen mine"
Helena nodded "Good. So what now?"
"Now? I rest and recover, after that... well Karma is a bitch and she is on my side this time"
