As the giant planet of Lumina loomed over the sky, the Segyal Household once again was lively.
People of all different races walked inside the mansion with gifts in their hands.
It has been a sensation throughout Lumina and Akasha since the engagement was announced.
It was a well-known fact that vampires and Elves hate each other to their core.
And despite that, there was a wedding happening between them.
Even though the groom wasn't an elf, it didn't stop people from gossiping.
"You think they are doing it for something big?"
A werewolf in the guest whispered to his friend.
"Are they trying to get together so they can—."
"Shh, don't say it out loud," his friend said, his voice low. "I heard the Heir of Segyal household is getting forced."
"Really!?"
"Shh."
There had been a lot of speculation between the people but none spoke it out loud.
A marriage alliance between two of the oldest houses wasn't a good sign for anyone.
