Chapter 30 - #30Chapter 30 Sigma

Inside the forest.

"Sister, we haven't met anyone yet~"

A lazy young girl was sprawled on a tree. It's worth mentioning that she had a pair of cute dog ears and a tail.

"Don't let your guard down, Thea-chan."

The older sister, who was called "sister," spoke with a cold tone, clearly a seasoned older sister. However, her next words completely shattered the first impression of her as an "ice beauty":

"Every moment, you must carefully observe your surroundings with your dog ears and dog nose, and your dog eyes can't be idle either."

"I'm not a dog!! Sister Tina, you're saying it again!!"

Thea shouted, immediately jumping down from the tree and fiercely pinching and rubbing Tina's face. Tina wouldn't let her be manipulated, and the two wrestled and played on the ground.

But in an instant, the scent of a stranger from not far away made Thea instantly stop playing. Years of friendship with Thea made Tina realize something was wrong, so she immediately stopped as well. Both of them held their breath, listening to every sound around them.

"Yo, two little sisters—" As expected, soon after, a group of Reincarnators emerged from the shadows, clearly a team. "One pure and cute, one cold and elegant older sister, not bad, not bad. Little sisters, would you like to join our brothers' team~"

"Hmph! ↓ Pervert! Get lost as far as you can!" Thea roared, her tail wagging high behind her, clearly very angry.

"Just you guys? We have some skills, you lowly beasts!" In front of others, Tina was that cold, ice goddess. She pulled out a gleaming rapier from under her skirt, the sword still carrying a wisp of icy mist, looking formidable.

"Let's see the truth under our hands!"

A great battle was on the verge of breaking out.

And this was just a small part of the scene in this place. Battles were constantly breaking out in various locations. Different Reincarnation Teams would fight as soon as they met, like chewing on Xuamai, they simply couldn't stop.

This allowed Fang Wuwei to pick up a lot of easy kills.

Fang Wuwei's blade rose and fell, and after happily taking down a heavily injured opponent, he immediately slipped away, dodging the Reincarnation Team chasing him from behind.

This was already his 34th kill. It was truly exhilarating.

The Reincarnation Team chasing from behind saw that the person was dead but hadn't picked up the dropped items, so they naturally didn't pursue further, letting Fang Wuwei run away.

It was supposed to be like this.

But this time, the Reincarnation Team was particularly vengeful. Even if he hadn't picked up a single item, they still wanted to chase Fang Wuwei.

He fled, they chased, he had no way to escape.

It wasn't until Fang Wuwei was exhausted that he successfully escaped amidst the curses of that group of Reincarnators.

"Tired... exhausted."

Fang Wuwei, utterly exhausted, had just found a safe spot to sit down and chugged a bottle of stamina recovery potion. Before the potion could take effect, two people emerged from the nearby bushes.

Those two people were Tina and Thea. At this moment, they were covered in wounds, supporting each other as they moved forward. Clearly, fighting a large group was very difficult for them.

Thea's nose was blocked by blood, and without cleaning it, she didn't smell Fang Wuwei's presence. She simply walked out of the bushes and then bumped into Fang Wuwei.

Both sides were awkward. One had no stamina, the other two had low health. Neither dared to make the first move.

"Little brother, well... we're just passing by... do you have the heart to attack two beautiful young ladies—" Before Fang Wuwei could make a move, Thea, who could still move, spoke, pleading pitifully, her tail wagging back and forth behind her as if trying to curry favor.

It must be said that even though both of them were covered in blood, it still couldn't hide their perfect temperament and appearance. Not to mention that they were now in a battle-damaged state with torn clothes. Most people seeing this scene would indeed let them go.

But who was Fang Wuwei?

Seeing the enemy actively begging for mercy, and the stamina potion he had just drunk starting to take effect, how could Fang Wuwei watch two low-health opponents wander around right under his nose? He immediately used an A1 Flashbang. This move was surprisingly effective. First, shouting "A1 Flashbang, come on, please!" could attract the opponent's attention, locking their gaze onto him, and then a quick-detonating flash would blind their dog eyes.

Fang Wuwei had tested it; one didn't necessarily have to stare directly at the flashbang. As long as the flashbang was in their field of vision, they would suffer a blind effect, and at close range, they would also get a ringing in their ears.

Coincidentally, the enemies in front of him suffered all of it.

"Ow ow ow ow, my dog eyes, woof!" Under the flash, both Thea and Tina were blinded, wailing and simultaneously retreating frantically. But Fang Wuwei, who only suffered from the ringing in his ears, wouldn't let them go. He immediately unleashed a strike with Imposing Might, slashing towards Thea, the dog-person.

But to Fang Wuwei's surprise, Tina, who was more severely injured, managed to conjure a chilling rapier in her hand, despite having no sight or sound, and blocked Fang Wuwei's strike.

In his shock, Fang Wuwei didn't stop his attack; instead, he slashed faster and faster. Because the A1 Flashbang move generally wouldn't work a second time on an enemy who had already been affected by it, he now had to quickly kill the two who had not yet recovered.

But what was even more unbelievable was that within three seconds, Fang Wuwei unleashed dozens of slashes, all of which were parried by Tina without missing a single one. Even though her hands were trembling, she still steadily received Fang Wuwei's attacks.

This was trouble. Another tough opponent. Even with them at low health, I can't do anything to them.

Three seconds passed quickly, and the two gradually recovered their sight and hearing. Seeing this man attacking frantically, Thea was furious, but she didn't waste too many words. Instead, she opened her mouth, and the surrounding energy began to gather, finally forming a glowing orb in her mouth.

Aiming at Fang Wuwei, Thea blasted it out, and the light orb shot straight towards Fang Wuwei.

A chill ran down his spine. An intense sense of danger swept over Fang Wuwei, but the distance was too close, making it impossible to dodge.

Of course, he couldn't take it head-on either. He could only gamble, placing his long blade diagonally in front of him.

The light orb struck the long blade, and the immense energy caused the blade to shatter rapidly. But fortunately, the light orb was deflected, shooting off into the distance.

Boom!!!

A loud bang came, followed by a gust of wind. Although the forest obscured his view, Fang Wuwei seemed to vaguely see a mushroom cloud rising, which made his eyelids twitch wildly.

Tailed Beast Bomb?! Is this husky trying to take me down with her?!

Fortunately, Tina, who was being supported by the husky, thought the same thing.

"Thea! Are you trying to take us down with him?!"

"Eh! Sister Tina! I didn't think that far, I'm sorry!"

Fang Wuwei wouldn't miss such a good opportunity. He pulled out another blade from his system space and attacked the two.

This time, Fang Wuwei changed his attack method. Being able to move freely, he naturally wanted to make good use of his advantage. He immediately jumped to their side, constantly getting close to harass them and then quickly dodging, never confronting them head-on, like a fly, incredibly annoying.

Facts proved that this tactic was indeed effective. Thea, who had taken another slash from Fang Wuwei on her back, was exasperated. In her anger, she opened her mouth again, energy gathering within, and shot it rapidly towards Fang Wuwei.

But this time, it wasn't a Tailed Beast Bomb, but a laser beam. This time the distance was greater, so it naturally couldn't hit Fang Wuwei, which made Thea grit her teeth in frustration. If it weren't for having to look after Sister Tina, who couldn't move, she would have rushed forward and taught him a lesson with her claws. She was a warrior, not a mage.

Although her magic attacks were also very strong.

Fang Wuwei also didn't want to let them go. Firstly, he had already made enemies with them. Furthermore, these two were already severely injured yet still so strong. If he let them escape, he wouldn't be able to defeat them when they were at full strength. He had to resolve them now.

Fang Wuwei thought this way, and he acted this way. Today, one side had to die.
