Ye Xixi was truly starving, and started wolfing down a pigeon leg she tore off, until the dining table was littered with nothing but bones and fish bones, while Heber, sitting opposite her, hadn't moved at all.
"Hey, why are you staring at me like that? Aren't you going to eat?" Ye Xixi asked curiously, with a shell in her mouth.
"I'm not hungry." Heber always sustained himself with biochemicals to maintain life and youth, so food, to him, was merely a luxury rather than a necessity.
Ye Xixi bit at her paw, rubbed her slightly bulging stomach, and looked at the messy table with an awkward smile: "Hehe, do I have a big appetite? I didn't expect to eat up almost everything here. But eating all this at night isn't good for digestion, so I'll make you some fried rice."
She said, jumping up from her chair and running towards the kitchen.
