The Englishman shook his head, his tone overly formal. "You jest, Mr. Ye. This parchment scroll merely documents the rise and fall of past Royal dynasties, holding great significance to the Royal Family, but to you, it's practically worthless."
Ye Che nodded, completely indifferent to the foreign elder's truthfulness. After all, he couldn't muster interest in someone else's national affairs.
