While feeling drowsy, she heard a commotion not far away, with sounds of crying and shouting.
Jiaojiao thought for a moment and decided to walk over there anyway, first to see where she was, to figure out if there was a way to contact her family.
Following the source of the noise, Jiaojiao found out it was a hospital. The commotion was because an ambulance had arrived. Jiaojiao saw several doctors and nurses carrying a stretcher down from the ambulance, running towards the hospital entrance, followed by a group of people who seemed to be the patient's family, running behind the stretcher. One woman was crying very sadly.
Hospitals should have phones. Jiaojiao wanted to go home soon, so she followed them in, watching the person on the stretcher being pushed into the emergency room while the family anxiously waited outside.
