Claudia Ross sighed, turned over and turned on her phone to check the time. She had been lying in bed for almost an hour and the longer she lay there, the less sleepy she felt. Nigel Perry suddenly called, making Claudia feel even more awake.
"Hello?" Her voice was soft, ethereal, and elusive.
Hearing Claudia Ross's voice, Nigel Perry's heartbeat suddenly lost its rhythm. After all these years, he still couldn't stay calm in front of the person he liked.
"Do you have time to accompany me to buy some clothes for the board meeting?"
"You go by yourself. Once you've chosen, consider it a gift from me." After all, Claudia wouldn't be stingy when she had a favor to ask of Nigel Perry.
Nigel Perry said, "I'm worried that you'll be dissatisfied with the styles I pick. Let's go together."
"Alright." After a moment of silence, Claudia Ross agreed. She couldn't resist that face of Nigel Perry's, which resembled Wyatt Perry's so much.
She missed Wyatt Perry too much.
