"Is he just trying to spin more lies to deceive me?"
She had no interest in Wyatt Perry's lies. She wasn't a fool; she wouldn't believe him again without limits or forgive him again so easily.
"Claudia, are you in there?" Wyatt's voice was anxious, his hand banging on the door loudly.
"Claudia, say something. Are you in there or not?"
Wyatt could hear the sound of a cartoon playing inside, but no sign of Claudia's voice. Frustrated, he sought out the floor manager and asked them to open the door.
The floor manager refused to unlock the door, suggesting instead that if he had a problem, he should call the police, and they could open the door only with the police present.
Wyatt knew the owner of the hotel, so he made a phone call. Soon enough, the floor manager received a call from their boss, and their attitude instantly changed.
