Claudia Ross was still feeling despondent over the cold war with Wyatt Perry last night and didn't notice that Wyatt's mother was speaking to her.
Wyatt Perry, sitting in the passenger seat, realized Claudia hadn't said a word. Through the rearview mirror, he gave her a deep glance and then said, "Mom, take care of your health. We'll take care of the kids."
"I'm perfectly healthy, no need to take care of anything," Wyatt's mother replied.
"Just because you're fine now doesn't mean you don't need to prepare. If you're going to have kids again, you better hurry, or you'll regret it later."
Yesterday, Wyatt Perry and Claudia Ross had agreed not to mention anything about children in front of Wyatt's mother, but today he still brought it up.
He was feeling uneasy inside, and this was his way of venting.
"Are you really my son? How dare you mock your own mother like this?" Wyatt's mother glared at him unhappily.
"I'm not mocking you, Mom. I'm just telling the truth."
