1. Tier, Level Range, User Type / Notes that applies to both aura and qi users.
Beginning (1–10) Early stage.
Weak aura or qi control; minimal enhancements. Most of the population capable of minor aura is here.
Intermediate (1–10) Early-mid growth.
Users can manipulate aura/qi for small effects; first exposure to aura abilities might happen at top levels (10).
Mid (1–10) Competent user.
Physically enhanced, can manipulate elemental aura moderately; still very few aura ability users.
High (1–10) Dangerous.
Aura users with rare abilities might appear (extremely rare); qi users become noticeably superhuman.
Advanced (1–10) Exceptional.
Aura ability users are legends, qi masters at peak cultivation can rival them; both can influence armies or battlefields.
Master (1–10) Elite.
Aura ability users can alter terrain, control multiple elements; qi masters have near-immortal durability and strength.
Grandmaster (1–10) Near-mythical.
Aura ability users are almost untouchable; qi users have transcendent endurance and possibly manipulate life/energy directly.
Legendary / Unique Beyond 10 will be explained when discovered more throughly.
Bloodline awakenings, Sky Giants, or unique aura ability users (like Juan) — one-of-a-kind in the world; can shift politics, weather, or geography.
2. Key Rules
Aura ability users = as rare as bloodline awakenings; only a handful exist worldwide.
Standard aura users can be trained, but without awakening a unique ability, they remain limited.
Qi users = more common than aura users but can reach astonishing power with training; only the rarest reach levels comparable to legendary aura ability users.
Bloodlines = separate from rank; they amplify aura/qi naturally and often push characters to legendary tier quickly.
