Kevin paused for a moment, then sneered, "Luoz, what have you got then? Power, status, fame are things men always strive for. What do you have, Luoz?"
"I don't care for those." Luoz turned his head aside, stood up from his seat, "Let it go, it's best that the shares you've acquired return to their rightful owner. Vivian has 30% of the shares, I have 10%. What use do you think acquiring those shares is?"
After finishing his words, Luoz gulped down the last of his drink and placed the glass on the table, pulled out some large bills from his wallet, placed them on the counter, and glanced at Kevin, "Just pretend I didn't see you tonight."
Not in the mood to watch the performance happening in the bar, Luoz walked out, exhaled a deep breath, fished out a pack of cigarettes from his pocket, put one in his mouth, twirled the lighter in his hand a few times, lit the cigarette, exhaled a ring of smoke, looked up at the vast sky, feeling an emptiness in his heart.
