Ji Xi Yu's body trembled, tension rising within him. Seeing Lan Xin Ai about to go in, he lowered his voice, "Could we not tell her about this part of the past?"
"No, you better tell her."
Lan Xin Ai refused. Ji Xi Yu already behaved oddly around Ruowei; the more he hides from Ruowei, the more things might go wrong.
Ji Xi Yu fell silent for a moment, apparently reaching the same conclusion as Lan Xin Ai, "Then I'll tell her myself."

Lan Xin Ai asked as she stepped forward.

Ji Xi Yu began to speak.
Lan Ruowei then focused her gaze on him, feeling a dull headache just at the sight of him.
"There's something I want to say to you."
Ji Xi Yu mustered his courage.
