Joan didn't believe Lan Xin Ai's words at all, since her eyes were always telling her she wanted to run away.
"Believe it or not, I want to go out for a walk."
Lan Xin Ai took a sip of water and looked up at Joan.
"No way, you're still not well, and the wind outside is strong." Joan refused straightforwardly. The wind on the island was indeed strong; if it weren't for the air conditioning in the villa, those women wearing thin dresses would have frozen long ago.
"If you don't let me go out, I'll tell your master soon."
Lan Xin Ai blinked.
"You're threatening me." Joan's expression was ambiguous, half-smiling.
"I wouldn't dare."
Lan Xin Ai said this, but her eyes were full of coldness.
