The man wanted her to take a bath, clearly with no good intentions, but her mind was all chaotic, with no solution available at the moment.
"Knock, knock, knock."
The sound of knocking came.
"Why haven't you bathed yet?" A voice came from outside.
Lan Xin Ai immediately walked to the bathtub, stirring the water with her hand to create a splashing sound.
Taking a bath, to hell with it, smelling nice only makes it easier to be preyed upon.
For now, it seems the only option is to take things one step at a time.
"Are you done bathing?" The impatient voice came again from outside.
"Yes, yes."
Lan Xin Ai dampened her hair; otherwise, she'd be exposed when going out, and only then did she open the door.
The person glanced her over and then tossed an article of clothing: "Put it on."
Lan Xin Ai opened it up, looked at it, and directly threw the clothes back out.
"I'm not wearing it."
"Is that even clothing? It's just a piece of fabric covering a woman's private parts."
