Nian Shen said something that made the entire hospital room fall silent.

Nian Shen pulled his hand back, lowered his head, and continued eating, his voice quiet: "Forget it, stop crying, I was just talking nonsense."
Heather snapped out of it, grabbed a few tissues, and wiped her face clean.
"Since you guys are already broken up, he's far away and you're here, just don't overthink it. Anyway, you can't see him and he can't see you, so live the life you want to live."
Heather lowered her head and ate as well, no longer looking up at him.
She found that she couldn't seem to control her emotions in front of Nian Shen. It was a weird phenomenon.
