Dr. Rut smiled as he asked another question: "Do you think the human body can be as strong as metal?"
Allen thought for a second before replying, "Not really. Humans are frail creatures."
"But we still have power within ourselves." Dr. Rut explained.
"What do you mean?" Allen asked.
"Compared to machines, our bodies are weaker." Our muscles can't hold up against them. But we are also capable of incredible feats of strength."
Allen pondered the question. He had no idea what Dr. Rut was talking about. He felt the question was simply irrelevant.
"Can we get started?" He finally asked.
"Sure. Come with me."
They walked into a different room, where Jay and two other scientists waited. The walls were lined with mirrors and strange machinery. One machine seemed to be some sort of computerized torture device. Another machine looked like a coffin.
As Allen stepped closer to the group, Dr. Rut whispered to one of the scientists, "Fill the tube."
