"Do you think I should talk to Chief Earl? Maybe he has information."
Chloe shook her head. "No need; whatever information they have on the case has already been shared with us."
"Good." Lux said. "We can use some backup; when is the raid going on?"
"Tomorrow."
"Alright, I guess I'll see you tomorrow morning."
"Sure."
Lux turned and started walking towards the door. He felt a little bad that he hadn't gotten to spend much time with Chloe before leaving, but he figured he would make it up to her later.

After Lux finished talking to Chloe, he headed to the library. Someone interrupted his research by tapping him on the shoulder. It was one of the librarians.
"Hey!" Lux said.
"Hello, I saw you from across the room and thought you looked kind of okay." She handed him a piece of paper and left hurriedly.
Lux read it. That was her number.
Lux looked at the time. It was late. If he was going to help Chief Earl in the morning, he needed sleep.
