After I was swallowed, I passed out and woke up a few hours later. Luckily, before losing consciousness, I had taken a medicine developed by the empire that boosted my immune system and enhanced natural regeneration.
It also helped recover the more severe injuries and overall exhaustion. That medicine is rare and incredibly hard to produce, but I'm glad I managed to take it.
When I woke up, I found myself protected by a large cushion made of a resistant material that kept me safe from the gastric acids of the giant fish that swallowed me. At least I wasn't in contact with those disgusting fluids.
As soon as I stood up, I checked my clothes.
"Ah, thank goodness… It's not too torn or ruined. This is my new dress. If it got damaged because of those two… tsk."
Just thinking about it, I puffed my cheeks in frustration—but I quickly reminded myself of what needed to be done.
